Are you an utilizing TSL's electronic lead retrieval technology as an exhibitor? Here are a few tips to help navigate your trade show experience

Before the Show...

  • Select your desired lead retrieval solution from our order form. You can find this located in your event's exhibitor service kit, or you contact our offices for a copy. Your order can be submitted via email or fax. Order in advance to receive the best pricing.
  • Feel free to contact our offices for a consultation on which lead retrieval solution will best suit your needs.

At the Show...

  • Exhibit personnel should pick up lead retrieval equipment from our desk in the exhibitor services area. Our experienced team of technicians will be onsite 24 hours before the start of the show to train your exhibit staff in the operation of your designated lead retrieval system.
  • Our staff will remain onsite for the duration of the show hours. They will be on the show floor and available by telephone to answer any technical questions or handle any customer service issues.

After the Show...

  • Return your lead retrieval system to our service desk at the end of the show. Our support staff will provide you will a receipt of purchase at that time.
  • Your leads will be emailed to your designated address within 24 hours after the close of the show. Please contact our offices if you have not received your leads.
